Real Estate Investors - Use Your Brains, Not Your Dollars - Pete Fortunato

Details
One of the most frequent problems real estate investors face is finding money.
Pete has the solution.
But even if you have enough money, wouldn't you like an alternative?
Pete to the rescue!
At our next SREIA meeting, Pete will be telling us how we can use our brains in our real estate investing so we don't have to throw all our money into our deals.
-
Take control of your future
-
Get control of some assets
-
Become a capitalist
It's better to let your assets do the work instead of you.
Sure, if you have the money, you can spend it all on your deal. But there's a better way. This is one of Pete's areas of expertise. Come hear what this master of real estate has to say.
About Peter Fortunato
Peter Fortunato is one of the most respected people in the real estate arena. He’s been called “one of the best minds in real estate.” He has a knack for thinking of solutions others would never consider. Pete has solved many people’s real estate problems with his natural ability to create solutions with the best results for all involved, including the buyer, the seller, and even any third parties that may have interest in the deal.
Pete has been building, structuring, manipulating, and managing real estate transactions and portfolios for nearly 50 years.
Upon graduating from high school in 1965, Peter went right into the real estate business. He attended seminars and read at every opportunity. He sought out and learned from many mentors and benefited from the example and counsel of his father who encouraged him and supported him from the beginning.
He finished college with a clientele and an investment portfolio. By 1975 his investment income had eliminated his need for fees from clients to fund his lifestyle.
Pete continues to teach and to attend real estate and investment seminars and meetings regularly. He is respected for his clear and patient explanations of investment concepts and transactions. He believes that transactions which you can be proud of result from carefully conceived goals and plans followed by purposeful actions and scrupulous documentation.
Our General Meeting is the first Tuesday of each month and we invite newcomers to investing to see what we are about. Come join us and see how we can help you in your investment career. We are a not-for-profit educational group for the Real Estate Investment Community.
Signing up for the SREIA Meetup does not make you a member of SREIA. Additional information about SREIA, how to become a member, and details of upcoming meetings can be found at:
