Francisco will share the condition of the markets in the tri-county area, which includes Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties.
He will discuss how to find potential deals, including properties with equity, those that are for sale and also those properties that are not for sale. He will identify properties in financial distress starting with pre-foreclosed properties, REOs, probate, tax delinquencies, and absentee owners.
Francisco will show how to simplify the contract in process to speed your offer and get the deal closed as soon as possible.
He will discuss why and how to follow up with your sellers about the properties you are prospecting. He considers the most important part of the investment process to be the follow-up. If the follow-up process is not strong, you have less chance of getting the deal done to everyone’s advantage.
He will cover how to identify cash buyers and what a huge help it will be to have this information.
