Karen Roodman, owner of Core Pilates and seasoned Pilates teacher will show you to strengthen your core from “the inside out” through the Pilates method with some mat and Reformer exercises.

This will take you to the Core Pilates 'Specials' page. Go down on the page until you see the 'Free! Introduction to Pilates and the Reformer' class. Click on the 'register' button. You will be taken to the Mindbodyonline registration website. Click on the 'Workshops' tab. You will be asked to create a login or sign in with Facebook. Invite your friends (they must register too)!
