Not really into hanging out at a crowded bar with a bunch of drunk idiots on St. Paddy's Day? I get it. Why not get a free workout instead?!
Train with Trish is offering a free class on Tuesday March 17 at 6:30 pm. We will be focusing on lower the body, working the glutes and legs. Expect to use kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands and more!
Bring a water bottle and towel.
