October EmberTO Meetup

Hi Everyone!

The next edition of EmberTO is again going down Thursday October 1st at the delightful Cold Tea (http://www.yelp.ca/biz/cold-tea-toronto) in Kensington Market starting at 6:00pm SHARP, as we can only keep the busy venue private for so long. Treats will be provided (one last time before Mattia (http://twitter.com/ghedamat)becomes the de facto EmberTO leader) by Unspace (http://unspace.ca).

For the uninitiated, Cold Tea is tucked away inside the gloriously eccentric Kensington Mall on the west side of Kensington Avenue. It is very unmarked, so watch for overhead signage.

You're going to want to follow the main corridor all the way to the back, where you'll see a clandestine steel door to the left with a red light mounted overhead. Enter at your own peril.

For this months meetup, we've got Merrick Read (https://twitter.com/merrickread)dishing on lessons learned from Turnstyle Solutions (https://getturnstyle.com/) recent transition from PHP + Marionette to Node + Ember. Mattia Gheda will also be doing a lightning talk on the soon to be released, brand new ember-cli-deploy 0.5.
