We're in a new space, and starting back up!

Whether you have a well established practice or are new to meditating, we welcome you to join us on the first Sunday of each month for a practice in mindfulness. Sit in a chair or relax on a cushion, close your eyes, and be in the stillness. Explore the nature of this moment. Using awareness of the present moment as a tool we study the mind-body process, as well as the experience of inner stillness.

Within our supportive community we encourage you to practice, share your experiences and discuss a variety of topics related to the practice of mindful meditation. Each meetup will focus on a new topic, and for this first meetup we'll be doing an Introduction to Mindfulness.

All are welcome. Our meetup is donation based with a suggested donation of $10. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.

This class will meet at the New Mindful Life practice space from 12-2 pm on May 6th. The meetup with last approximately 2 hours.
