Open Heart Meditation is a foundation of Reiki Tummo healing.

Please come to this drop in Open Heart Community Gathering, happening every Tuesday evening, 6-7 pm at Park Place Office Bldg,
70 Woodfin Place Suite 212, Asheville

This is a guided meditation to help participants experience the peace and calmness that lies within the spiritual heart and to nurture a direct connection with the Source of Unconditional Love. It requires no special talent, or concentration skills, everyone is encouraged to smile, relax, and maybe even laugh a little. :-)
