As women, we deal with so many confusing, conflicting belief systems regarding our sexuality. Sin, shame, punishment, guilt, fear. There are so many complexities that each of us is working through to try to connect with our healthy authentic sexual expression. It is layered and complex and there is sooo much to sift through - societal conditioning, inherited beliefs, sexual trauma. This circle is all about exploring and dissecting these beliefs in order to come to a more healthy, balanced, pleasurable experience of our sexuality. I look forward to seeing you in the circle!
