**A DIVE INTO AYRUVEDIC WISDOM**

This month OM and BRUNCH comes back for a very special edition !!

First we will move altogether with a gentle **Yoga flow** inspired by **the 5 elements**. I make sure it is accessible to you so it is inclusive and we all feel welcome.

After an energising yet relaxing practice, we will indulge a delicious Brunch made by our **private Chef Anou**, a self taught, vegan food pioneer who takes her inspiration into her **indian origins and Ayurvedic principles.**

This is the perfect time for us to get to know each other, build a kind and warm hearted community while enjoying a lovely meal!

**Agenda:**

12 pm - 1pm: Yoga Flow practice with Morgane

1pm - 2:30pm: Brunch by Anou
