Join us for the second year of attending music at Heritage Park. Re-discover the talented and long-time entertainers ... the Steve Pineo Band! Watch from the Selkirk’s patio as we enjoy dinner or a drink. Or explore the shops of the Haskayne Mercantile Block before you setup your lawn chair and enjoy the show with popcorn, socializing and your “sippy cup” in hand.
(This event weather dependent and will be canceled in the event of storms or rain).

Calgary Bluesfest, in conjunction with CJSW, presents The Steve Pineo Band. The band is a versatile four-piece band from Calgary. Fronting the band, playing guitar, slide guitar, harmonica and writing tunes and arrangements is Steve Pineo. Steve is a 30 year musical veteran, a nationally recognized song writer who’s written songs recorded by Paul Brandt (Canadian Man) and Prairie Oyster (Too Bad For Me), and a tireless musical creator. Steve has played some fun events for Mix and Mingles in the past.
WHEN: Wednesday July 26, 2023 Music starts about 6 pm

COST/PAYMENT: Free admission. There is a $2.00 Meet-up charge unless you are a yearly paid member of the Meet-up (yearly cost Jan – Dec is $5.00 for 2023).

WHERE: Calgary, Heritage Plaza, in Heritage Park. Meet at the Selkirk grill patio. Bring your lawn chair or blanket to sit on.

AGE RANGE: For Singles 50+. This is a multi-Meet up/Facebook event.

DRESS CODE: Dress for the weather, comfortably in layers.

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION: Parking in the lot at Heritage Park.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: You may bring sun and bug protection. Bring water or “sippy cup” with you. What is a “sippy cup”??? It is your own carry cup metal or plastic that you put your favorite beverage into, so you can sip on it and enjoy the event.

CONDITIONS: Mix and Mingles organizers reserve the right to refuse entrance to individuals who are rude or obnoxious into this group event. We expect good manners and friendly attitude from ALL individuals.
If you feel sick, do not attempt to participate ... please stay home. Keep your RSVP current. Be respectful to those on the wait list who are looking for a spot. No-Shows and short cancellations will be recorded.
