✨✨✨✨ CONTENU DU STAGE ✨✨✨✨
Ce stage de 3h sera axé principalement sur la Bachata Sensuelle. C'est l’occasion de découvrir ou revisiter plusieurs aspects, mouvements et techniques en Bachata Sensuelle avec de nouvelles variantes et l'apprentissage de nouveaux mouvements pour enrichir votre vocabulaire en danse.
Nous approfondirons des aspects techniques essentiels :
- Connexion, guidage et réceptivité pour une danse plus fluide,
- Isolations, ondulations & "head movements" pour ajouter du style, affiner votre contrôle corporel et renforcer votre musicalité.
- Des touches de styling accessibles et les Fondamentaux de styling pour vous sentir plus confiant(e)s, expressifs(ves) et élégant(e)s dans vos mouvements.
Les éléments techniques abordés seront d’abord explorés à travers des exercices spécifiques visant à affiner chaque aspect technique, puis mis en application dans des enchaînements chorégraphiques originaux, permettant d’intégrer progressivement les éléments travaillés de manière fluide et créative, tout en enrichissant votre vocabulaire chorégraphique.

This 3-hour workshop will focus primarily on Sensual Bachata. It is a great opportunity to discover or revisit various aspects, movements, and techniques of Sensual Bachata, featuring new variations and the learning of new movements to enrich your dance vocabulary.
We will dive deeper into essential technical aspects:
- Connection, leading, & responsiveness for a smoother and more comfortable dance experience.
- Isolations, body waves, & head movements to add style, improve body control, and enhance musicality.
- Accessible styling techniques and styling fundamentals to help you feel more confident, expressive, and elegant in your movements.
The technical elements covered will first be explored through specific exercises designed to refine each aspect individually. They will then be incorporated into original choreographic combinations, allowing you to progressively integrate the techniques in a fluid and creative way while expanding your dance vocabulary.
