Looking at the diagram that Joanne posted, it's the rightmost (P)arking on the Top (North) side of the river associated with (5). Hopefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
There is an entrance to the Gallup Park boat launch parking lot on Geddes just east of Huron.
Looking at Google Maps there are two Geddes Roads, one on each side of the Huron River. To be clear, the boat launch ramp is on the same side of the river as Concordia University. Going down Geddes from Concordia, the entrance to the parking lot is on the left and before you get to Huron Parkway.
