What we’re about
Back to Nature Walks is for anyone looking to slow down, step outside, and reconnect.
We combine three things that science tells us are incredibly good for us: walking, being in nature, and mindfulness. It's about getting back to the basics, about tuning in.
These walks aren't about fitness or distance—they're about presence. We move slowly through Martin County's beaches and forests, noticing what's around us and within us. There's space to observe what's happening in the natural world, to pause for reflection, and to close with gentle yoga to ground back into our bodies.
You'll leave feeling:
- More connected to yourself and the world around you
- Part of a community that values slowing down
- Clearer, calmer, and more grounded
Who this is for:
- Anyone who feels like they need to hit pause
- People new to the area looking to meet others
- Nature lovers who want to deepen their connection
- Anyone curious about meditation but doesn't know where to start

Guided Meditation Walks + Gentle Yoga
Studies show what we inherently know to be true: getting outside feels good. Bonus points if it’s with a friend.
Join us for a 90-minute beginner-friendly experience combining mindful walks through Martin County’s beaches and forests followed by a gentle yoga
What to Expect
60 minutes walking: We move at an intentional pace on the beach, pausing to notice what’s around us and within us. I’ll offer gentle prompts for reflection, but mostly we’re here to listen—to the waves, the trees, ourselves.
30 minutes yoga: We close with grounding yoga led by a talented local instructor from Banyan Soul Yoga. Nothing strenuous. Just movement that helps you settle back into your body.
All levels welcome. No meditation or yoga experience needed. Just bring curiosity, water, and a towel or yoga mat.
$45 per person
