Guided Beach Meditation Walk + Gentle Yoga
Studies show what we inherently know to be true: getting outside feels good. Bonus points if it’s with a friend.

Join us for a 90-minute beginner-friendly experience combining mindful walks through Martin County’s beaches followed by gentle yoga.

What to Expect
60 minutes walking: We move at an intentional pace on the beach, pausing to notice what’s around us and within us. I’ll offer gentle prompts for reflection, some fun naturalist tidbits (drawn from my background in marine science), but mostly we’re here to listen—to the waves, the trees, ourselves.

30 minutes yoga: We close with grounding yoga led by a talented local instructor from Banyan Soul Yoga. Nothing strenuous. Just movement that helps you settle back into your body.

All levels welcome. No meditation or yoga experience needed. Just bring curiosity, water, and a towel or yoga mat.
