Guided Meditation Walks + Gentle Yoga
Studies show what we inherently know to be true: getting outside feels good. Bonus points if it’s with a friend.
Join us for a 90-minute beginner-friendly experience combining gentle yoga followed by a mindful walk through the forest.
What to Expect
🧘 30 minutes yoga: We close with grounding yoga led by talented instructors from Lala Yoga. Nothing strenuous. Just movement that helps you settle back into your body.
🌳 60 minutes forest bathing: We move at the speed of the trees. I’ll offer gentle prompts for reflection, but mostly we’re here to listen—to the wind, the trees, and ourselves.
All levels welcome. No meditation or yoga experience needed. Just bring curiosity, water, and a towel or yoga mat.
