What to Expect
🌊 Blue Mind: We move at the pace of the tide. I’ll offer gentle prompts for reflection, some fun naturalist tidbits (drawn from my background in marine science) to gently ground you in to the moment, and to offer perspective on what we're seeing. We'll close with an (optional) dip in the sea.
All levels welcome. Just bring curiosity and water. Shoes are optional. 🦶
