Get away from the daily noise and join us for a 90-minute beginner-friendly experience combining gentle yoga followed by an hour in the forest.

What to Expect

🧘‍♀️ 30 minutes yoga: We’ll open with grounding yoga led by the lovely Katie Carroll from Lala Yoga. Nothing strenuous. Just movement that helps you settle back into your body.

🌳 60 minutes in the woods: There's nothing quite like being in a forest. Here we'll gently root into the present moment. No pressure, simply presence.

All levels welcome. No meditation or yoga experience needed. Just bring curiosity, water, and a towel or yoga mat.

$45 per person
