In this 2-hour immersive experience, Özlem invites you to slow down, tune in, and rediscover the natural intelligence of your body.

Through a combination of somatic movement, breath awareness, and guided meditation, we’ll explore what it means to truly be, to inhabit our bodies with gentleness, presence, and authenticity.

You’ll be guided through:

  • 🧘‍♀️ Somatic movement to awaken body awareness and ease stored patterns
  • 🌿 Grounding and stillness to reconnect with your natural rhythm
