Who am I?
I’m Özlem, a transformational coach (in training), yoga teacher, breathwork and bodywork therapist.
After nearly 15 years in corporate leadership roles in companies like Unilever, Henkel, I shifted my focus to wellbeing, self-discovery, and transformation.
My work brings together the body, mind, and breath, helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, their true essence and move through change with clarity and self-trust.
