Mobile-Tensaw/Upper Delta WMA Clean Up

Join members of the Southeast Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers for an Alabama Cleanup! We will meet at the Mobile-Tensaw WMA access western end of Baldwin Co Rd 86 (west of Crossroads, AL) on July 7 at 7a.m. After we clean the access area, we will travel north to the Upper Delta Shooting Range to clean it up too.

Please wear suitable work clothing, work gloves, and any tools you may find useful. Insect repellent is a good idea too.

We will have water available, but you may want to bring a canteen, snacks, ice, etc. It will be hot!

Heavy duty garbage bags will be provided.

Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources staff will be present at the range to be sure we have safe access to the range while cleaning up. We want to minimize inconvenience to any shooters enjoying the range that day, so we will be working fast. Hearing protection is recommended while in the range area.
