Late arrival & RSVP No show:
Be punctual. If you arrive 1 min past the start time, you'll be consider late & expected to donate $10 that will go towards administration fees & free drinks at the end of year party around Christmas holiday.

If you can't make it, is your responsibility to update your statues to not going 1 hr before event start time.

General notice
Wear comfortable outdoor shoes and clothing suitable for the weather condition. Friendly dogs & kids are welcome to join with a supervised adult. If the event is more than 3hrs, you might want to consider bring some food and drink. If you wish to leave early, you may do so at anytime. There is a possibility this event could be rescheduled to the following week due to any unexpected situation / weather condition. However, the odds are low.
