2. Send 50% deposit via e-transfer,
3. Contact the host via text or whatsapp at +1-226-622-3863.
4. Send host the reference number or screenshot of e-transfer.
5. Pay the remaining 50% in cash when you arrive at YVR airport.

All payments are 100% refundable if cancel 14 days before start date, trip cancel due to extreme weather conditions or unable to attend due to medical reasons with a doctor's letter. After this period, all payments are non-refundable but you may switch your spot with a friend or with another member in the group at anytime.

Wear comfortable outdoor shoes and clothing suitable for the weather condition. Friendly dogs & kids are welcome to join with a supervised adult. If the event is more than 3hrs, you might want to consider bring some food and drink.
