Sharknado (SHARK WEEK DISCUSSION GROUP)

In 2013, the SyFy channel aired a low-budget, science-fiction disaster, and while it was not explicitly a comedy, Sharknado quickly gained a cult following, which led to a franchise spanning 6 films in total (not including 3 spin-offs).

While it probably makes more sense for this to be a watch party, I think there are a lot of great talking points we can make about this relatively modern B-movie.

I also encourage folks to watch as many of the sequels as you can, as I think there are also some points we can make about how well/poorly the sequels followed up on the original.
