Baddie Body Boot Camp is more than a workout. It’s a reoccurring 3-month fitness program designed specifically for women who want to get stronger together, inside and out.
This program was created for:
• Women at any stage of life
• Single moms
• Postpartum women
• Women navigating injuries, setbacks, or starting again
Here, fitness isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress, discipline, and grace.
As a former U.S. Marine, Baddie Body Boot Camp is rooted in the principles I learned during my military service: mental toughness, adaptability, accountability, and resilience. I personally understand what it means to push through injuries, modify when necessary, and still maintain fitness without burnout or shame. That experience shapes how this program is coached; challenging, structured, but realistic and safe.
Each 3-month cycle focuses on:
• Strength, conditioning, and toning
• Sustainable weight loss or muscle gain
• Injury-aware training and smart modifications
• Accountability, discipline, and mindset
But just as important as the workouts is the community.
This meetup is a space for women to:
• Connect with other women who get it
• Build confidence and consistency
• Support one another through motherhood, healing, and growth
• Show up as both soft and strong
Baddie Body Boot Camp represents the balance of femininity and grit; being disciplined without losing softness, being strong without losing yourself. You don’t have to choose between being a “baddie” and being healthy, healed, and whole. You can be both.

We train in cycles; but the confidence lasts far beyond them.
