Tuesday Interval Ride

Tuesday (March 25th) we start our intervals. 4:45 from the Fish Lake Trailhead at Sunset Highway and Government Way. Warm up pace on the trail until we cross Spokane Cheney Rd. Turn left to Spotted, Right turn on Spotted Rd, Right Turn on Hallett, Left on Assembly, right on Garden Springs, Right on Grandview and return to Fishlake Trailhead. Regroups on Spotted, Hallett, Assembly, and Garden Springs Rd. I hope to see many of you there. The same route and time on Thursday. The route and start time will change as we get more daylight.
