Fish Lake Trail Intervals

We'll be leaving the Fish Lake Trailhead near Government Way and Sunset Highway at 4:45, heading down the trail to Cheney-Spokane Road and into some high intensity intervals with regular regrouping. No need to hammer if you don't want as there will be no rider left behind!
