Baddlands Thursday Intervals

We'll be leaving the Fish Lake Trailhead near Government Way and Sunset Highway at 5:00, heading down the trail to Cheney-Spokane Road and into some high intensity intervals with regular regrouping. Looping back on either Spotted or Andrus. No need to hammer if you don't want as there will be no rider left behind!
