Roll Your Own Sushi + Sake

💡What?
A small event where you will be able to learn a little about sushi-making, get some hands-on experience by making your own sushi rolls from a variety of ingredients, eat the pieces you make, and share the experience with other Baden-area locals!

There will also be the option to accompany the sushi with some Japanese sake.

💰 Cost
The event will be offered 'at cost', that is, a rough estimate of the total cost of ingredients divided by the number of attendees. Since sake will be an optional component.

• Seafood Sushi: 20 CHF
• Veggie Sushi: 10 CHF
• + Sake: 6 CHF

* Cancellations: If you want to cancel your attendance, please let us know. A full refund can be given if you cancel with at least 2 days notice.

🍥 Ingredients
The ingredients provided will include all the basics to make sushi rolls (nori & rice), some vegetarian options (cucumber, carrots & avocados), a selection of seafood based on what's fresh on the morning of the event (hopefully salmon & tuna) and the usual complementary ingredients (wasabi, cream cheese & pickled ginger).

Note: We hope to provide a decent selection of seafood ingredients, but in case fresh seafood ingredients are not obtainable for whatever reason, a suitable refund will be made.

📌Location
The event will be held at the private apartment of a Baden local, right by the train station. Join the chat to get the details!

⌛Time
The event is intended to take place in the afternoon, so after the prep-time and some mingling, the sushi will serve as dinner (and sake as a pre-game for those later going out). You can be late (within reason).
