We will be Playing Badminton at Springdales School located near Al Qouz/Al Khalil every Friday 7 to 9PM

This is a group open for players of all all levels, All nationalities, all genders and races.
Some FAQS answered first

• Cost is 35AED for each session
• Each session is of 2 hours each
• We play with feather shuttlecock
• Slots are booked on first come first serve availability
• We do have whatsapp groups where we update the sign up links
• Players will be rotated around multiple courts and will get games similar to their level of play
• We do allow beginners
• We do have separate sessions for our advance players

• The games will be played in doubles matches of 21 points.

Late backout & no-show rules

• We consider any backout with in 9 hours of the session a late backout
• We expect our players to adhere to the payment if they backout late or are a no-show.
• Its really difficult for organizers to arrange last moment replacements
• The organizers all have day jobs and finalize the list in their spare time over night and early morning.
• Backing out in between working hours of the same day means we have to leave our work and update list for replacements and confirm if the replacements will show up.
• We respect everyone's time and we also expect our players to respect ours.
• If the list is full and your name goes in the waiting list, we do not get a confirmation if someone backs out and if anyone name is moved to going list.
• Players do get notified about their attendance via mail and meetup app.
• It is players duty to remove their name from the waitlist if they no longer wish to join, as we are not aware of their other plans.
• We believe that anyone in the waiting list still wants to join.
• We are allowing first come first serve to give a fair chance to all players, we do have players requesting to give them a slot even if they ask us late.
• Please note that we strictly follow the attendance and timing on meetup, so its best to book your slot through meetup. Whatsapp group is there for regular updates and incase any last minute changes occur
• Even if we have a waitlist of multiple players, the player who backs out late must pay for the session.
• Players are allowed to remove their name 9 hours before the session without incurring a penalty. Within the 9 hours we request players to pay the entire amount as it gets difficult to manage last minute changes.
