⏳ CANCELLATION POLICY
✅ Free cancellation 12+ hours before event.
✅ <12 hours notice or No Show = Full payment mandatory.
✅ Event cancellation by management = Full refund or session credit.
✅ Wait-list: If you move from wait-list to confirmed automatically, you are responsible for payment.

✅ 6-8 players per court average to ensure fair rotation.

📸 SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
✅ Participation implies consent for photos/videos to promote badminton.
✅ Request removal in writing for future events if needed.
✅ Past media cannot be deleted.

👥 GUEST POLICY
✅ Guests must be identified with name & level.
✅ Main RSVP holder is responsible for guest payment & cancellation.
