We are playing Badminton at Spring Dales School - Al Qouz, every Tuesday evening from 7pm - 9pm .
If you prefer 8pm - 10pm, it can be possible as well. In that case, please let us know before.
📌 Booking: First-come, first-served basis
Players of all levels are welcome! We rotate players across courts to ensure balanced, competitive, and engaging matchups. Beginners can develop their skills in a supportive environment, while advanced players enjoy high-energy games.

🚨 Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
To ensure smooth operations, we enforce a strict late cancellation & no-show policy. Last-minute dropouts create disruptions, and our organisers have full-time commitments, so please be mindful.
📌 RSVP Policy: All bookings must be made via Meetup. WhatsApp is only used for attendance updates, timing adjustments, and last-minute notifications. Requests for sign-ups via WhatsApp may not be considered.
🔄 Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of a session, you must still pay the full session fee — even if a replacement is found.
❌ No-Shows: If you don’t show up without informing us, you will still be charged.
🙌 Respect the Organisers: Our organisers finalize player lists in advance. Last-minute changes disrupt planning and impact the overall playing experience.
📋 Waitlist Responsibility: If you’re on the waitlist but no longer interested, please remove your name. We assume all waitlisted players still want to join if a spot opens up.
⚖ Fair Play: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness. Please do not request special treatment or last-minute slots.
💡 Cancellation Window: You can cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before a session. After that, the session fee applies, even if there’s a waitlist. Kindly book and cancel responsibly to avoid unnecessary disruptions.
