To ensure smooth operations, we enforce a strict late cancellation & no-show policy. Last-minute dropouts create disruptions, and our organisers have full-time commitments, so please be mindful.

📌 RSVP Policy: All bookings must be made via Meetup. WhatsApp is only used for attendance updates, timing adjustments, and last-minute notifications. Requests for sign-ups via WhatsApp may not be considered.

🔄 Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of a session, you must still pay the full session fee — even if a replacement is found.
❌ No-Shows: If you don’t show up without informing us, you will still be charged.

🙌 Respect the Organisers: Our organisers finalize player lists in advance. Last-minute changes disrupt planning and impact the overall playing experience.
📋 Waitlist Responsibility: If you’re on the waitlist but no longer interested, please remove your name. We assume all waitlisted players still want to join if a spot opens up.
