To ensure fair play and smooth event management, the following rules apply:
❗ No-Show Policy
If you confirm your slot but do not attend, the full session fee will be charged.
⏰ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the session.
Late cancellations will be treated as No Shows**, and the** full session fee will apply**.
If you join the event within 48 hours of the session start time**, cancellations are not permitted.
Waiting list policy
If all playing slots are full, you are welcome to join the Waiting List.

*If you no longer wish to play, please remove yourself from the waiting list so others have an opportunity to join.

  • Waiting list players may be moved to the Going List at any time if a slot becomes available.

❗ Important

*It is your responsibility to check your status regularly if you are on the waiting list.

  • Once you are moved to the Going List, all booking, cancellation, and attendance policies immediately apply.
    *If you fail to attend after being moved to the Going List, the full session fee will be charged.
