Playing Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Fee: AED 40 per person

## 📋 Booking & Attendance Policy

To ensure fair play and smooth event management, please read the following policies carefully.

### ❗ No-Show Policy

If you confirm your slot but do not attend, the full session fee will be charged.

### ⏰ Cancellation Policy

Evening sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session.**
**Morning sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 18 hours before the session.

Late cancellations will be treated as No Shows, and the full session fee will apply.
If you join the event within 12 hours of the session start time, cancellations are not permitted.

### 🔄 Waiting List Policy

If all playing slots are full, you're welcome to join the Waiting List.

*If you no longer wish to play, please remove yourself from the waiting list so another player can take your place.

  • Waiting list players may be moved to the Going List at any time if a slot becomes available.

### ❗ Important

It is your responsibility to check your status regularly if you are on the waiting list.
Once you are moved to the Going List, all booking, cancellation, and attendance policies take effect immediately.
If you fail to attend after being moved to the Going List, the full session fee will be charged.
