*** Fee: **AED 45 per person

## 📋 Booking & Attendance Policy
To ensure fair play and smooth event management, the following rules apply:
### ❗ No-Show Policy
If you confirm your slot but do not attend, the full session fee will be charged.
### ⏰ Cancellation Policy

*** Evening games:** Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the session.
*** Morning games: Cancellation must be made at least 18 hours **before the session.

Late cancellations will be treated as** No Shows**, and the** full session fee will apply**.
If you join the event** within 12 hours of the session start time**, cancellations are** not permitted**.
## 🔄 Waiting List Policy
If all playing slots are full, you are welcome to join the** Waiting List**.

*If you no longer wish to play, please remove yourself from the waiting list so others have an opportunity to join.

  • Waiting list players may be moved to the Going List at any time if a slot becomes available.

### ❗ Important

*It is your responsibility to check your status regularly if you are on the waiting list.

  • Once you are moved to the** Going List**, all booking, cancellation, and attendance policies immediately apply.
    *If you fail to attend after being moved to the Going List, the full session fee will be charged.
