Welcome to WEDNESDAY Badminton Brussels ! We play at the:
CENTRE SPORTIF MOUNIER
Avenue Emmanuel Mounier, 87
1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert
From 6:00PM to 8:00PM
We VOLUNTEER our time to make bookings, advance the monies, manage cancellations and WE DO NOT CHARGE any commission but due to the irresponsible nature of certain new members, we are now obligated to require advance payments by PayPal for newcomers to offset the cost of last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
If you’re a regular, please contact Jean-Baptiste via WhatsApp and I will add you to the event manually, therefore circumventing prepayment and the PayPal and Meetup transactions fee (i.e. €2,30 per session, which is +25% more).
The €11,30 participation fee is detailed as :
- €9,00 for :
- Two hours of play (i.e. €14.90 per court per hour)
- Change rooms & showers (limited to 15mn, Covid measures)
- Unlimited Yonex Mavis 2000 shuttlecocks (top of the line non-feather)
- €0,69 for : PayPal fee
- €1,61 for : Meetup fee
Pre-Payment Refund Policy (as per Mounier rules)
- If you cancel before noon (12:00PM) on the Monday before the event, we will refund your monies.
- If you cancel after the Monday noon (12:00PM) deadline, we will ONLY refund your fees IF THERE IS A REPLACEMENT so please contact Jean-Baptiste (+33 6 85 75 61 58) via WhatsApp and he will help you find a replacement through our active WhatsApp group.
