Full moon drum circle August 2015 - Fremont

We will join the Community Drum, Dance & Flow Circle in Niles (https://www.meetup.com/Community-Drum-Dance-Flow-Circle-in-Niles/) at the Niles Staging Area (Old Canyon Road across from Canyon Oaks Ct.). I have not been to this area so I don't have much to say about it.

Let’s celebrate the full moon, enjoy each other's company, and have a drum circle! Everyone is welcome, at any level of skill and interest. Please bring a drum or another instrument, if you have one (or more) and wish to play and/or share. Folks wanting to dance, hoop, spin, juggle, or just move to the music in their own way are welcome, too! Kids are also welcome (but please do watch out for your little ones in the proximity of spinning hoops, staffs, poi, etc., and supervise when they are using instruments belonging to others.)

There is limited parking available in the lot, and lots of street parking available nearby. Any cars must be moved from the lot by 10pm, so parking along the street can be preferable if you plan to stay until the end. There is an outhouse (porta-potty) available. Bring a chair or something to sit on, and appropriate clothing to keep you warm after sunset. There are grills at this location, so we could potentially bring firewood to keep things warm as the evening cools off. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the park. Any dogs must be leashed and within the control of their human companion(s).
