Start your Saturday with a fun and dynamic Balance and Movement Meet-Up from 11:30am to 1:30pm!

This session is designed for all levels, offering a variety of activities to challenge your balance, coordination, body awareness, and release muscle tension. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, there’s something for everyone:

  • Slacklining: Improve your focus and stability while walking the line.
  • Skillboard: Test your balance and reflexes with this dynamic board challenge.
  • Handstands: Practice inversions with guidance for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
  • Yoga: Flow through balance-focused poses to build strength and flexibility.
  • Myofascial Release & Trigger Point Therapy: Use therapeutic tools to release tight muscles and target specific trigger points, easing tension and enhancing mobility to help your body feel freer and more balanced.

Join us for two hours of movement, fun, and community in a supportive atmosphere. Bring water, a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and get ready to challenge yourself. All experience levels are welcome—come ready to move, connect, and have fun!
