Balanced Team is hosting an evening of conversation and community on Wednesday July 18th, 2018 from 7PM to 9PM.

We will be joined by Matt LeMay, author of Product Management in Practice (O'Reilly Media, 2017), who will be leading a conversation on agile leadership.

The Agile movement has given us a new way to put curiosity, collaboration, and customer-centricity at the heart of our work. But Agile values and practices are often at direct odds with the behaviors and expectations that are rewarded and incentivized by today's organizations. How can we reconcile the lofty goals of Agile with the on-the-ground realities of hierarchy-driven organizations? How do we move beyond the politicking and silo-building that have gotten many organizational leaders to where they are today? And how do we initiate a conversation about Agile that changes both process and culture?
