Bio:
Zabeer has over 15 years of IT experience. He has experience in architecting event driven applications using Kafka. He is currently driving the architecture and design efforts for transforming a suite of legacy applications.

Kaleeswaran is currently working as a digital transformation lead in a data pipeline project. He has experience in migration and modernizing applications into the cloud and on premises based container platform.

Incremental application migration using CDC with KSQL and Kafka streams pipeline

Abstract:
Context : Sample migration use case and possible migration option using CDC and Kafka

• Explain what is Change Data Capture and some of the tools out there to use.
• High level summary on KSQL and Kafka Streams.
• Demonstrate how to set up CDC, Kafka, Schema Registry, and KSQL to build a data pipeline to synchronise a target database from 1 or more source databases
