One more event at the great place in Kensington to try out the benefits of the ballet barre, taught by ballet professionals!
Ballet barre workout is great to tone the whole body, increasing metabolism, creating a nice posture and body line.
The event is dedicated to all the ladies, to give a unique opportunity to experience all the benefits of this attractive and popular fitness regime, find out how to set up an elegant posture, strengthen the core and condition the body. So you would leave feeling energized, happy, uplifted and even more graceful!:)
To get the best gains we are inviting a former international ballet principle to share their professional expertise in Ballet Barre Workout, as well as how to develop core strength, flexibility and posture.
You will need to bring your nice smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will take about 60 minutes to set a posture, get those muscles warmed, nicely conditioned, and gracefully stretch the body line.
