I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg

Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich.

Luna Flow is a graceful fusion of ballet technique and yoga flow, designed to sculpt, lengthen, and restore your body.
In this class, you’ll combine ballet based techniques for the strength and pose with the grounding breathwork and mindful stretches of yoga.
Expect fluid sequences, elongated lines, and deep stretches that leave you feeling balanced, centered, and strong — all while moving with moonlit elegance.

Perfect for all levels, Luna Flow is your time to align, lengthen, and shine from the inside out. Open to all levels.

You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths.

There's a small cost to cover the venue and facilities - CHF 40.-
