Great opportunity for you to learn some fancy footwork to help your WCS dancing. We work on the new footwork combinations over and over until you are comfortable with the new steps and don't have to think, you will be able to just dance it.
Allstar, Champion, US Open Swing Championship dork teaches this class because he is passionate about teaching and West Coast Swing. He learned it wrong when he was a ballroom dancer and vowed never to let that happen to any one else.
This class is for the dancer that feels comfortable with the basic push and passes and can dance to music without stopping. Now you can expand your moves with this novice level class WCS Just beyond basics.
Many dancers use the Free Beginner Class as a warm up just before this one to work on smoothing their basic steps. We have many of the advance dancers in both classes. This makes for fun, easy learning because you get to dance with a more seasoned dancer so you can focus on your own steps. Great fun and a great step to the next level on the dance floor.
