The Baltics Cyber Security MeetUp group is happy to announce the very first Baltics Cyber Security MeetUp event.
This webcast is for all Cyber security professionals, students, and people with an interest in Cybersecurity
Backed by Industry experts from varied reference groups like SANS, Women4Cyber,CERT.LV, and Accenture, the event will focus on current Governance and Technical aspects.
This conference will provide information on protecting businesses against growing threats such as MFA bypassing, Free Threat detection, and AI attacks.
Also, in a context of diminishing resources, social pressure and skill shortage, the sustainability of Cybersecurity from a people, process and technology viewpoints will be discussed.

Title: Building cybersecurity sustainability
Description: The World Economic Forum (WEF) suggests looking at cybersecurity as an environmental, social and governance (ESG) issue. In this talk we’ll look at the (symbiotic?) relationship between cybersecurity and ESG. We’ll define what is cyber security sustainability and explore the difference between cyber resilience and sustainability.
Attendees of this talk will leave with a deeper understanding of principles of sustainable cybersecurity strategy and program. We will explore the concept of cyber security sustainability from three common security dimensions: people, process and technology, and look at examples of applying it in practice.
