Fron the website: Nine Tailed Fox brings a Chinese dining experience to Baltimore, featuring bold flavors, refined techniques and a menu inspired by regional specialties. With a focus on authenticity and innovation, Atlas Restaurant Group’s newest concept offers an approachable take on traditional Chinese cuisine. Nine Tailed Fox’s culinary program is executed by Executive Chef Jeffrey Mei (Shirong Mei). Chef Mei brings 29 years of experience in leading kitchens at many top restaurants. Originally from China, Mei specializes in Chinese cuisine, blending tradition with innovation. His leadership and culinary expertise will shape Nine Tailed Fox into a regional dining destination.
