Report on the 2025 World Zionist Congress

Matt Weinstein, will report on the World Zionist Congress held in Jerusalem from October 28-30 last year. Often called the "parliament of the Jewish people," the historic gathering, which had a record-breaking 2,500 participants brought together delegates from 42 countries to determine leadership and allocate over $1 billion in annual philanthropic and national funding.

Matt Weinstein has spent over four years of his life in Israel on 13 separate visits. He is a longtime activist with various progressive Zionist organizations and in 2025 served as a delegate of the HaTikvah slate at the 39th World Zionist Congress. He divides his time between Baltimore, Salt Lake City, and Tel Aviv.
