Are you interested in learning hands-on energy healing in a practical, structured way?

This two-day Quantum-Touch® Level 1 workshop teaches you how to use breath and focused awareness to support relaxation, pain reduction, and energy balance.
No prior experience is required. Beginners are welcome.

During this workshop, you will:

• Learn how to feel and work with energy
• Practice hands-on techniques with guidance
• Understand how to structure a full session
• Support relaxation and natural healing processes
• Balance energy centers (chakras)
• Apply techniques for personal and professional use

This is a highly interactive, in-person training. You will practice throughout the weekend and receive direct feedback so you feel confident using the techniques.

Quantum-Touch integrates well with massage, Reiki, yoga, bodywork, and other wellness practices — but it is also valuable for personal development and helping friends and family.
