If you are an early bird who wants to catch more worms, then join us at 4:30 AM, yes AM, to prepare your mind, body and soul for a good, miraculously great, day!
For 1 hour we will practice a routine inspired mainly by Hal Elrod's SAVERS routine from the book Miracle Mornings. We will also an inspirational quote, and perform a visualization exercise.

TOOLS
- Optional: Pen or pencil and paper for journaling.
- Something educational, inspirational or otherwise positive to read.
- Consider having on hand your own choice of audio, video or written instructions for a 7-8 minute visualization exercise.
BEFORE
Participants are encouraged to hydrate and dress comfortably before we begin.

We will discuss one or more quotes, concepts or people related to philosophy.

Participants may choose to leave at this point, or stay for a bonus activity that includes a gratitude exercise and listing tasks for the day
~ 5:20 AM Session ends.
AFTER
Participants are encouraged to exercise for at least 10 minutes.
