Start your day focused, clear, and ready for action. In just 20 minutes, we’ll tap into proven productivity principles to organize your priorities and prepare for purposeful work.
### What to Bring
- Your calendar
- Your action tracker, aka to-do list, task list or personal planner
- Your project plan(s) for one or more projects you choose to work on. You can also create one during the session. It can be a simple to-do list specific to one project, or a full Gantt or other type of chart
- Your daily notetaking journal(s) — e.g. communication log, ideas tracker, daily journal, etc. where you record your thoughts, ideas, meeting notes, interactions and other communications.
- A habit tracker or systems tracker — i.e. a document to plan, track and assess personal habits, including stacked habits and routines.
Optional
- Your temple of light — e.g. a vision board or inspirational collection of images, quotes, affirmations, intentions, or aspirational people.

Gather Your Flock
🔹 Review: Review your calendar, projects, notes and reminders. Freewrite to brain dump anything on your mind — e.g. inspiration, ideas, insights, questions, concerns and challenges.
🔹 Update: Adjust your calendar, action tracker, and project plan(s). Store your notes to easily find and act on them. Update your habit tracker if you haven't already.
🔹 Assess: Identify key priorities and determine what to eliminate, delegate, or defer.
🔹 Focus: Choose your focus for the day. It could be a topic or subject, project or task.

We will close the main session with a big breath, a reminder of what motivates, inspires or centers us and a few seconds to reflect on our intention(s) for the day,
