Dinner/Movie/Drinks After (your choice) - Pre-Cabin Fever at Belvedere Square

Before the big forecasted snow event--a Belvedere Square area spontaneous event for us to have fun together.

You choose what you parts of the event you do based on your interests, schedule, budget and energy level. You buy your dinner on the spot from the many eateries available at Belvedere Square (no table reservations in advance), you buy your own movie ticket (at the Senator Theatre), and you can choose to go out as a group after the movies (e.g. Swallow in the Hallow) knowing that none of us have advance reservations. Sign in if you want to be part of any of these.

Belvedere Square has free parking for patrons. Even though signs say it is only for X hours, they don't tow if you have dinner there followed by a movie (and fun afterwards). There is also street parking available, but pay attention to the parking meter rules.

Belvedere Square offers lots of eateries (think VERY upscale food court and bar). You choose your food vendor/bar and pay. It would be nice if those of us having dinner could plan to sit together around 6:15, so let us know if you'd like to be part of that dinner crowd so whoever gets there first can try to find space for us all to eat together.

The Senator, a beautiful art deco movie theatre within a block's walking distance, has several movie offerings. The hosts will be seeing the movie Marty Supreme at 7:10 (Seats J2 and J4, but there were still LOTS of seats available at the time of writing this event), but there are also other Friday night movies available (e.g. Hamnet at 6:45). When you buy your tickets, you buy specific seats, but if the movie's showing is relatively uncrowded, you/we can switch seats to have company....So you can decide what you movie you would like to see, and buy your seats accordingly.

And for anyone interested, we can walk after the movies without reparking to the Swallow in the Hollow, the local joint of Guy Fieri's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" fame. Or go somewhere else if that's the group's choice.
